• A 50% deposit is required before the start of the project.

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.

6. Project Timelines

The timeline for each project is estimated and outlined in the initial project proposal. Delays in providing materials from the client side may impact the timeline.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and materials required for the successful completion of the project. Changes to the project after the agreement may result in additional costs or delays.

8. Intellectual Property & Rights

Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client. think IT dev reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by the client.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Clients will be billed for any completed work up to the termination date.
